I spent 2 weeks in Miami for work and discovered a pretty large cat colony on the rock pier at the south end of Miami Beach (I also met 3 cats on the street, the one I’m holding is obviously someone’s condo cat). These cats are SUPER feral and really living it up on dead fish and cans of cat food left out by the locals.
